Welcome to WCONLINE! To get started, register for an account by clicking the link to the left.

Peer coach appointments are open to all School of Public Health students who seek assistance with their writing and presentation. In order to provide adequate time to make revisions and incorporate feedback, please schedule an appointment at least 24 hours in advance. You may drop in during office hours, but note that an appointment ensures Peer Coach availability.

*If you need to cancel an appointment, please do so at least an hour before your appointment so other students can use the time slot. Our system counts anything closer as a missed appointment, which can lead to suspension of our services for students with repeated missed appointments.

Please review the type of appointments we offer before scheduling to ensure that it meets your needs:

  • ETutoring/asynchronous appointments do not require you to log in via Zoom, but you are required to upload your paper during the scheduled appointment time. Please note that the Peer Coaches have up to 24 hours to review your material and submit their feedback with suggestions. The Peer Coach will submit their feedback via email/WCO; you will not receive any live communication. Should you not receive any correspondence within 24 hours of your appointment, please contact sphcoach@bu.edu.
  • Online appointments allow you to meet with the Peer Coach directly via Zoom. We recommend that you upload your materials in advance so the Peer Coach can spend time reviewing it, if possible, prior to your appointment. You will receive live and direct feedback from the Peer Coach during your Zoom session.
  • Face-to-Face appointments are in person, on campus meetings conducted in the Peer Coach offices, located in Talbot 112A/B.  While you are not required to upload your paper before the appointment, we highly recommend you do so as the Peer Coach may have available time to review it in advance.

Thank You!
